Plot 6: Barn conversion Centre.
The Barn (plots 5, 6, 7) is reconstructed on the footprint of an original 19th century and part 17th century farm building, and retains two elevations of the original 17th century dovecote. The unique original Griffin stone sculpture is to be reinstalled on top of the building parapet. The reconstruction will create 3 architect designed, split level dwellings. The dwellings are to be completed to the same high standards of insulation, sound proofing, and Building Standards specification as the new build properties.
Accessed through an archway in the farmstead building each of the dwellings include a separate single garage, and a south facing cottage garden.
